To download the rules, right-click on the link and choose 'Save Link As...' (Netscape) or 'Save Target As...' (MSIE). The file is approximately 30K, so it shouldn't take too long. When you unzip this file, the result will be a Microsoft Word document, 'ScumTheMasquerade406.doc', 15 pages in length.
An on-line version of these rules is under construction, but we would still appreciate it if you would download a copy for your own reference. We are a limited-bandwidth web site, and too many on-line references, over and over again, to the same material could force us off the air. Thank you.
